Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive technical support and training to our worldwide distributor network. Your deep knowledge and understanding of the offset printing process will be essential in guiding and assisting our distributors with the effective promotion and use of our pressroom chemicals. Moreover, your excellent communication and training skills will play a critical role in ensuring our distributors are equipped with the necessary expertise to support our products.

Your responsibilities

• Offer hands-on technical support to our worldwide distributor network, promptly addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on the usage and application of our pressroom chemicals.

• Conduct thorough training sessions for distributors and their staff, both in-person and remotely, to ensure they have a strong understanding of our product range, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop training materials, presentations, and technical documentation that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage instructions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and industry trends in the offset printing process, continuously enhancing your technical knowledge and sharing valuable insights with the team and our distributors.

• Serve as a liaison between distributors and internal departments, conveying valuable customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement.

• Conduct on-site visits to distributors and end-users as required, providing hands-on support, conducting product demonstrations, and resolving technical issues.

Your requirements

• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of the offset printing process is essential, with expertise in pressroom chemicals and their interaction with printing equipment.
• Proven experience in technical support, training, or a related role within the printing industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong training and presentation abilities, capable of delivering engaging and effective sessions to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English and German, proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed to visit distributors and support training initiatives.
• For a practical interpretation of the assignment and regular contact moments at the head office of BluePrint Products in Belgium, candidates preferable live in the Benelux countries or Germany.
